Wedding Disco
Without doubt one of the most important days of your life, and we want to be there to help you celebrate your big day, and make sure your event runs seamlessly.
From start to finish we aim to make the process as stress free as possible. We have done many weddings and had plenty of compliments so we know what works.
First of all get in contact with us, and let’s have a chat or get together for a cuppa, and discuss what you want from your big day. We can provide lots of advice and options for you. Things to initially think about for us to put a package together include:
- What time would you like us to arrive and setup?
- Numbers attending the wedding party?
- Venue type and location?
- Would you like background music during your meal?
- Are microphones needed for speeches?
- What time will the dancing begining and will you have a first dance?
- What time will the event end?
We will then be able to quote you accurately to a specification agreed by all in our Entertainment Agreement which we will send to you. Once the Agreement has been signed and return with a 25% deposit we will confirm in writing that you are booked.
We also send out an Entertainment Questionnaire with each booking. On this form you can specify the 'must play' songs of the night, along with your preferences on music type, DJ dress code and amount of energy and talking from the DJ.
On the big day we will always aim to arrive a little ahead of schedule so we can cope with all little eventualities that may arise. We will then set up and be on hand to rock the dance floor when the time comes!
