Terms and Conditions

At AloudSounds we believe that keeping things simple and fair is best for all. Therefore we are upfront with our terms and conditions. If you are worried about any of the below just give us a call to go over.

Entertainment Agreement and Deposit
With each booking we send out a signed Entertainment Agreement. This details the services and equipment hired along with the date/s and times of your event.

This must be signed by the person/compnay booking us and returned with a 25% deposit for the party to confirmed in writing. The remaining balance can be settled on the night either by cash or cheque.

Cancellation
The Entertainment Agreement cannot be cancelled or modified accept in writing either by the Client or DJ.

If the Client initiates cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event, then only the deposit will be forfeited. If Client initiates cancellation 14 days or less prior to the event, the Client is responsible for the total fee.

Rescheduling for events cancelled due to severe weather conditions shall be accommodated without penalty whenever possible.

Provisions for AloudSounds

1. A study table at least 1.5m in length and 0.5m in width.

2. Two mains voltage 13amp sockets within 25m of DJ area.

3. The venue is open at least one and a half hours prior to the scheduled start time.

4. Reasonable steps will be taken to protect AloudSounds equipment, personnel and music. Crowd control will be provided by the client if warranted/requested by DJ.

5. For outdoor performances, shelter is provided that completely covers and protects AloudSounds equipment from adverse weather conditions.
